October 2007 Update

Updated my blog today, Last weekend had a good two days, I have decided to go for the bed system on part of my patch, I hope to have 6-9 beds established well eventually
The size of my beds are 8Ft x4Ft 6 In total, and the end beds are 8Ft x 3Ft.
My winter crops are showing well and now are coming good, Brussels sprouts getting nice heads on the storks, my cauliflowers, cabbage and broccoli doing well. This is my first year so been doing well compared to state of allotment when I got it back in June 2006.
While digging away I now have acquired a resident Robin great stuff, as the last week I think the robins have been establishing there plots he he.
I have just planted the strawberrys for next year well for the wife, as I don’t like them.
